Inflatables situated outdoors need to be setup on a flat surface preferably a grassy area where the unit can be staked down. We also have sand bags where stakes are unable to be used. The area must be clear of sharp objects such as rocks etc, not muddy or covered in dog’s mess. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and not install our equipment on unsuitable ground.

All of our castles have built in shower covers so can still be used in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in heavy rain for safety reasons. If the weather is too bad we will ring you on the day to rearrange another date.
13. Can you set up on concrete/driveways/decking?
We can set up our castles/obstacle course/slides up on grass/tarmac/concrete/decking. We use our clip-on sand-bags to weight the inflatables in this instance, extra safety mats and ground sheets to protect the underneath of the inflatables. Sumo/Fantasy suits need to be set up on grass due to safety reasons.
14. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No, however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to booking by scalling us on 087-4152278 or perhaps having a site inspection.
15. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up by our efficient team. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire as larger units and multiple hires take longer.
16. How much space is needed?
We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles. You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side. Please make sure all dog poo, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. is removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. Please note that the inflatables cannot be touching any walls, fencing, garden buildings etc... as these will damage the inflatables.
17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. Anyone older than this will need to hire our adult castles. Our operators can also advise on the capacities of our inflatables by calling 087-4152278.
18. Are your units clean?
Yes. All our bouncy castles and inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
19. Can you deliver with no side entrance and take castle through the house?
Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.
20. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle; you will need to provide a mains 13amp socket power supply. However, we may be able to source a generator from a local tool hire firm on your behalf and at your own risk.
21. Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for public liability cover (including licenced premises) and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request along with safety certificates for each castle.
22. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
23. How much electricity do the air fans consume?
Not very much, usually around €2.00 electric per day. It is important to remember that the inflation fan is kept running all day.
