Terms and Conditions
These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire of Bouncy Castles. Please read these carefully and sign at the bottom to signify that you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Bouncing Crazy accept no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you. Please ensure the delivery driver has free and easy access to erect the castle onto a clean flat lawn.
1 BOUNCY CASTLES ARE STRICTLY FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE.
Under no circumstances should adults enter onto the castle as this may result in damage to the castle. Any damage will have to be paid by the hirer.
2 You (“the hirer”) are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire.
3 The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that children of different age groups do not use the Bouncy Castle at the same time. For example do not mix toddlers with teenagers.
4 The Hirer must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the castle is in use. The castle cannot be left unattended. If hired overnight, the castle and all accessories
5 No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allow e d o n or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (please note if the Inflatable isc ollected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge).
6 All shoes, glasses, jewelers and badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
7 No face paints, party poppers, coloured stream e r s or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
8 No smoking or barbeques near the Bouncy Castle
9 Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed
10 Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not over c r o wded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
11 You must ensure children are not pushing, colliding fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
12 If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part o f t he day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
13 Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front saf e step as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off!
14 Ensure that no one with a history of back or nec k problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle as indeed any child who is feeling unwell.
15 Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
16 Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Bouncy Castle and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than them.
17 The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used. Even with a shower cover, anything more than very light rain, then the castle should be turned off and the electric blower and any extension should be disconnected and brought in out of the rain.
18 In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
19 In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety-reset button; try pressing this. Also, check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again one or two minutes later and it should restart. If it does not, please inform us straight away.
